3D-Jury scores models by their similarity to other models. Similarity is computed as the number of C-alpha atoms within 3.5A after superposition of the models, and is set to 0 if it drops below the specified cutoff. The 3D-Jury score (Jscore) is the sum of the number of proximal C-alpha atoms in the superpositioned models divided by the number of superpositions + 1. Similarity is evaluated only for the specified models of the selected servers. During evaluation, from each server the first (top) model, the one most similar model or all models are used. When default settings are applied and results for most servers are available, the 3D-Jury score corresponds roughly to the number of C-alpha atoms of the model within 3.5A from the native structure. If a particular model (links in the Model column) is selected, the scores of all other models represent the number of their superposed C-alpha atoms within 3.5A and these structurally aligned proximal residues are marked with gray background. Silver background in the Jscore column indicates that the model was not included in 3D-Jury calculations. Jscore values less than 50 are coloured gray.

Buttons [2D] and [mqap] enable switching between alignment view and mqap (model quality alignment program) view. The latter shows Verify3D values multiplied by 10 for each residue. Negative values are coloured red.
