Leucine Rich Repeats Pfam:PF00560 are short sequence motifs present in a number of proteins with diverse functions and cellular locations. Leucine Rich Repeats are often flanked by cysteine rich domains. This domain is often found at the C-terminus of tandem leucine rich repeats.
