GPI (glycosyl phosphatidyl inositol) transamidase is a multi-protein complex. Gpi16, Gpi8 and Gaa1 for a sub-complex of the GPI transamidase. GPI transamidase that adds glycosylphosphatidylinositols (GPIs) to newly synthesised proteins.
