Lysine-oxoglutarate reductase/Saccharopine dehydrogenase (LOR/SDH) is a bifunctional enzyme. This conserved region is commonly found immediately N-terminal to Saccharop_dh (Pfam:PF03435) in eukaryotes [1,2].
