PF05289 Borrelia hemolysin accessory protein family

This family consists of several borrelia hemolysin accessory proteins (BLYB). BLYB was thought to be an accessory protein, which was proposed to comprise a hemolysis system but it is now thought that BlyA and BlyB function instead as a prophage-encoded holin or holin-like system [1].
