This repeat is approximately 22 residues long and is only found in Dictyostelium discoideum. It appears to be related to Pfam:PF00560 (personal obs:C Yeats). The alignment consists of two tandem repeats. It is termed the FNIP repeat after the pattern of conserved residues.
