Accession ID Name Pfam Type
PF06396 Angiotensin II, type I receptor-associated protein (AGTRAP) family

This family consists of several angiotensin II, type I receptor-associated protein (AGTRAP) sequences. AGTRAP is known to interact specifically with the carboxyl-terminal cytoplasmic region of the angiotensin II type 1 (AT(1)) receptor to regulate different aspects of AT(1) receptor physiology [1,2]. The function of this family is unclear.
