This family represents the C-terminus (approximately 160 residues) of a number of Regulator of MON1-CCZ1 complex (RMC1, also known as colon cancer-associated protein Mic1). This is an alpha-helical region that serves as a scaffold for CCZ1-MON1 recruitment and bridges the membrane and GEF complex [1].
