Accession ID Name Pfam Type
PF07110 EthD domain domain

This family consists of several bacterial sequences which are related to the EthD protein of Rhodococcus ruber (Swiss:Q93EX2). In Rhodococcus ruber, EthD is thought to be involved in the degradation of ethyl tert-butyl ether (ETBE). EthD synthesis is induced by ETBE but it's exact function is unknown, it is however thought to be essential to the ETBE degradation system.
