This family represents a conserved region approximately 60 residues long within eukaryotic HepA-related protein (HARP). This exhibits single-stranded DNA-dependent ATPase activity, and is ubiquitously expressed in human and mouse tissues [1]. Family members may contain more than one copy of this region.
