This conserved sequence is found associated with Pfam:PF00515 in several paralogous proteins in Rhodopirellula baltica. It is also found associated with Pfam:PF01839 in several eukaryotic integrin-like proteins (e.g. human ASPIC Swiss:Q9NQ78) and in several other bacterial proteins (e.g. Swiss:Q84HN1 [1]).
