| PF08045 | Cell division control protein 14, SIN component | family |
Cdc14 is a component of the septation initiation network (SIN) and is required for the localisation and activity of Sid1. Sid1 is a protein kinase that localises asymmetrically to one spindle pole body (SPB) in anaphase disappears prior to cell separation [1] [2].
