This eukaryotic domain has been found in the neuronal voltage-dependent calcium channel (VGCC) alpha 2a, 2c, and 2d subunits. It is also found in other calcium channel alpha-2 delta subunits to the C-terminus of a Cache domain (Pfam:PF02743).
