PPP4R2 (protein phosphatase 4 core regulatory subunit R2) is the regulatory subunit of the histone H2A phosphatase complex. It has been shown to confer resistance to the anticancer drug cisplatin in yeast [1], and may confer resistance in higher eukaryotes.
