PF09531 Nucleoporin protein Ndc1-Nup family

Ndc1 is a nucleoporin protein that is a component of the Nuclear Pore Complex, and, in fungi, also of the Spindle Pole Body. It consists of six transmembrane segments, three lumenal loops, both concentrated at the N-terminus and cytoplasmic domains largely at the C-terminus, all of which are well conserved.
