This entry is the first approximately 250 residues of cortactin-binding protein 2. In addition to being a positional candidate for autism this protein is expressed at highest levels in the brain in humans. The human protein has six associated ankyrin repeat domains Pfam:PF00023 towards the C-terminus which act as protein-protein interaction domains [1].
