This is a family of proteins conserved in fungi. The function is not known. This family is the C-terminal half of some member proteins which contain the DUF2421 Pfam:PF10334 domain at their N-terminus. These proteins are putative endoplasmic reticulum tranpsorters, with a total of 12 TMs.
