| PF10368 | Putative cell-wall binding lipoprotein | family |
YkyA is a family of proteins containing a lipoprotein signal and a hydrolase domain. It is similar to cell wall binding proteins and might also be recognisable by a host immune defence system. It is thus likely to belong to pathways important for pathogenicity [1].
