Budding yeast Tti2 is a subunit of the ASTRA complex, which is involved in chromatin remodelling [1]. Tti2 homologue from humans, TELO2-interacting protein 2, is part of the TTT complex that is involved in the cellular resistance to DNA damage stresses [2].
