This domain is found at the C-terminus of the Fancl protein in humans which is the E3 ubiquitin ligase subunit of the FA complex (Fanconi anaemia) that mediates monoubiquitination of FANCD2. This entry represents the RING domain which recruits the UBE2T ubiquitin conjugating E2 enzyme as other RING E3s [2,3].
