This domain family is found in bacteria - primarily Firmicutes, and is approximately 90 amino acids in length. There is a single completely conserved residue G that may be functionally important. Most annotation associated with this domain suggests that it is involved in the fifth stage of sporulation, however there is little publication to back this up.
