| PF12556 | Cobaltochelatase CobS subunit N terminal | family |
This domain family is found in bacteria, and is approximately 40 amino acids in length. The family is found in association with Pfam:PF07728. There are two completely conserved residues (P and F) that may be functionally important. This family is the N terminal of the CobS subunit of cobaltochelatase. Cobaltochelatase belongs to the AAA+ superfamily of proteins. CobS and CobT form a chaperone like complex.
