PF12657 Transcription factor IIIC subunit delta bet-propeller domain repeat

In humans there are six subunits of transcription factor IIIC, and this one is the 90 kDa subunit; whereas in fungi the complex resolves into nine different subunits and this is No. 9 in yeasts [1]. The whole subunit is involved in RNA polymerase III-mediated transcription. It is possible that this N-terminal domain interacts with TFIIIC subunit 8 [2].
