The YoqO-like protein family includes the B. subtilis YoqO protein Swiss:O31923, which is functionally uncharacterised. This family of proteins is found in bacteria and viruses. Proteins in this family are approximately 120 amino acids in length. There are two completely conserved residues (I and Y) that may be functionally important.
