The PcfK-like protein family includes the Enterococcus faecalis PcfK protein Swiss:Q82YK9 which is functionally uncharacterised. This family of proteins is found in bacteria and viruses. Proteins in this family are typically between 137 and 257 amino acids in length. There are two completely conserved residues (D and L) that may be functionally important.
