The YesK-like protein family includes the B. subtilis YesK protein Swiss:O31514, which is functionally uncharacterised. Its expression is regulated by the sporulation-specific sigma factor sigma-E [1]. This family of proteins is found in bacteria. Proteins in this family are approximately 100 amino acids in length.
