The YkyB-like protein family includes the B. subtilis YkyB protein Swiss:P42430, which is functionally uncharacterised. This family of proteins is found in bacteria. Proteins in this family are approximately 150 amino acids in length. There are two conserved sequence motifs: NRHAKTA and HLG.
