The PcfJ-like protein family includes the E. faecalis PcfJ protein Swiss:Q5G3N2, which is functionally uncharacterised. It is found in bacteria and viruses, and is typically between 159 and 170 amino acids in length. There is a conserved HCV sequence motif.
