| PF16104 | Formyl peptide receptor-like 1 inhibitory protein | family |
This family consists of several formyl peptide receptor-like 1 inhibitory proteins from Staphylococcus aureus. These are secreted proteins that block the formyl peptide receptor-like 1 found in neutrophils, monocytes, B cells, and NK cells; and inhibit the binding of chemoattractants (such as formylated peptides) to FPRL1, which initiate phagocyte mobilization towards the infection site [1].
