cNMPbd_u2 is a natively unstructured region on a set of higher eukaryote cyclic nucleotide-binding domain-containing proteins. It lies between the second cNMP_binding, Pfam:PF00027, and the F-box, Pfam:PF00646, domains. The function is not known but there is a highly conserved DPDPFL sequence motif.
