PI-PLC-C1 is a family of calcium 2+-dependent phosphatidylinositol-specific phospholipase C1 enzymes from bacteria and fungi. The enzyme classification number is EC:3.1.4.11. This enzyme is involved in part of the myo-inositol phosphate metabolic pathway.
