T6SS_VasJ is a family from Gram-negative bacteria that forms a component of the type VI pathogenic secretion system. In the case of the Escherichia coli RS218 strain UniProtKB:G8IRL4, EvfF,it represents expression of the full-length gene; whereas it is just the C-terminal part of EvfE, UniProtKB:G8IRL3. The N-terminal part of these sequences is in family ImpA_N, Pfam:PF06812 [1,2].
