She1 seems to be related to the spindle integrity function of the Dam1 complex. She1 is a dynein regulator and limits dynein offloading by gating the recruitment of dynactin to the astral microtubule plus end. Aurora B phosphorylates She1, modulating its potency against dynein [1].
