Family in the SLOG superfamily associating with predicted TIR- and PNP-like effector domains. Members of this family are predicted to function as sensors of nucleotide or nucleotide-derived ligands, which are likely processed or modified by the associating effectors. Often co-occur genomically with the bacterial HORMA and Pch2/TRIP13 domains [1].
