This is N-terminal tetratricopeptide repeat (TPR) domain found in C terminus of Hsp70 interacting proteins (CHIP). The TPR domain of CHIP binds directly to EEVD motifs located at the C termini of Hsc/Hsp70 and Hsp90 [2].
