This entry represents the spike tip protein from a contractile injection system. This entry includes Pvc10 (the homolog of T4 gp5.4) [1]. This protein was part of a CryoEM structure and although not resolved at atomic resolution in the map, it forms the sharp conical tip on the Pvc8 spike [1].
