This presumed domain is functionally uncharacterised. This domain family is found in bacteria, and is approximately 290 amino acids in length. It contains a BNR/Asp box motif at the C-terminal, which contains the characteristic sequence motif SxDxGxT/xW of the BNR family, present as repeats in sialidases and others glycosyl hydrolases [1].
