| PF21374 | WsaF, N-terminal domain | domain |
WsaF from Geobacillus stearothermophilus catalyses the formation of beta-1-2-linkage of rhamnose sugars in the carbohydrate polymer. It consists of two domains the N-terminal domain (represented in this entry), which binds the acceptor, and a C-terminal domain which which binds the substrate (dTDP-beta-l-rhamnose) [1].
