This entry represents a cytochrome c-like domain described in RoxA from Xanthomonas sp [1], one of only two known enzymes able to catalyse the oxidative cleavage of latex for biodegradation. This domain contains the second heme-binding motif. This domain is found in the uncharacterised proteins y4iM and Y4IJ from Sinorhizobium fredii.
