This domain is found at the N-terminal of fungal proteins, such as SwissProt:O74728 from S.pombe, a protein thought to be localised in the ER. From AlphaFold structure prediction, it can be inferred that this domain may adopt an alpha/beta structure consisting of six antiparallel beta-strands surrounded by three or four alpha-helices.
