Comments
p100 is one of the five inhibitory proteins of the NF-κB family. p100 is predominantly in the cytoplasmic. But it accumulates in the nucleus following LMB treatment. Fbxw7α mediates the degradation of GSK3 phosphorylated p100 in the nucleus.
