TET2 is a dioxygenase that plays key role in active DNA demethylation. Barazeghi et al. reported that TET2 is aberrantly localized to cytosol in small intestinal neuroendocrine tumors and LMB can cause nuclear accumulation. No putative NES have been identified yet.
