Comments
HIPK2 is a member of the homeodomain-interacting protein kinases which are Ser/Thr-protein kinases involved in transcription regulation. Ritter and Schmitz reported that endogenous HIPK2 is found in both cytosol and nucleus and LMB caused nuclear accumulation of the protein. The NES has not been identified yet.
