Aldehyde dehydrogenase family members 3F1, 3H1, and 3I1 (ALDH3F1, ALDH3H1, and ALDH3I1), and similar plant sequences, are in this CD. In Arabidopsis thaliana, stress-regulated expression of ALDH3I1 was observed in leaves and osmotic stress expression of ALDH3H1 was observed in root tissue, whereas, ALDH3F1 expression was not stress responsive.
