This alignment model includes the legume lectins (also known as agglutinins), the arcelin (also known as phytohemagglutinin-L) family of lectin-like defense proteins, the LecRK family of lectin-like receptor kinases, concanavalinA (ConA), and an alpha-amylase inhibitor.
