>gnl|CDD|232989 TIGR00471, pheT_arch, phenylalanyl-tRNA synthetase, beta subunit.
Every known example of the phenylalanyl-tRNA synthetase,
except the monomeric form of mitochondrial, is an alpha
2 beta 2 heterotetramer. The beta subunits break into
two subfamilies that are considerably different in
sequence, length, and pattern of gaps. This model
represents the subfamily that includes the beta subunit
from eukaryotic cytosol, the Archaea, and spirochetes
[Protein synthesis, tRNA aminoacylation].

>gnl|CDD|212695 cd11761, SH3_FCHSD_1, First Src Homology 3 domain of FCH and
double SH3 domains proteins. This group is composed of
FCH and double SH3 domains protein 1 (FCHSD1) and
FCHSD2. These proteins have a common domain structure
consisting of an N-terminal F-BAR (FES-CIP4 Homology
and Bin/Amphiphysin/Rvs), two SH3, and C-terminal
proline-rich domains. They have only been characterized
in silico and their functions remain unknown. This
group also includes the insect protein, nervous wreck,
which acts as a regulator of synaptic growth signaling.
SH3 domains are protein interaction domains that bind
to proline-rich ligands with moderate affinity and
selectivity, preferentially to PxxP motifs. They play
versatile and diverse roles in the cell including the
regulation of enzymes, changing the subcellular
localization of signaling pathway components, and
mediating the formation of multiprotein complex
assemblies.

>gnl|CDD|197563 smart00187, INB, Integrin beta subunits (N-terminal portion of
extracellular region). Portion of beta integrins that
lies N-terminal to their EGF-like repeats. Integrins are
cell adhesion molecules that mediate cell-extracellular
matrix and cell-cell interactions. They contain both
alpha and beta subunits. Beta integrins are proposed to
have a von Willebrand factor type-A "insert" or "I"
-like domain (although this remains to be confirmed).

>gnl|CDD|99801 cd06204, CYPOR, NADPH cytochrome p450 reductase (CYPOR) serves as
an electron donor in several oxygenase systems and is a
component of nitric oxide synthases and methionine
synthase reductases. CYPOR transfers two electrons from
NADPH to the heme of cytochrome p450 via FAD and FMN.
Ferredoxin-NADP+ (oxido)reductase is an FAD-containing
enzyme that catalyzes the reversible electron transfer
between NADP(H) and electron carrier proteins such as
ferredoxin and flavodoxin. Isoforms of these
flavoproteins (i.e. having a non-covalently bound FAD as
a prosthetic group) are present in chloroplasts,
mitochondria, and bacteria in which they participate in
a wide variety of redox metabolic pathways. The
C-terminal domain contains most of the NADP(H) binding
residues and the N-terminal domain interacts
non-covalently with the isoalloxazine rings of the
flavin molecule which lies largely in a large gap
betweed the two domains. Ferredoxin-NADP+ reductase
first accepts one electron from reduced ferredoxin to
form a flavin semiquinone intermediate. The enzyme then
accepts a second electron to form FADH2 which then
transfers two electrons and a proton to NADP+ to form
NADPH.
