>gnl|CDD|238955 cd01997, GMP_synthase_C, The C-terminal domain of GMP synthetase.
It contains two subdomains; the ATP pyrophosphatase
domain which closes to the N-termial and the
dimerization domain at C-terminal end. The ATP-PPase is
a twisted, five-stranded parallel beta-sheet sandwiched
between helical layers. It has a signature
nucleotide-binding motif, or P-loop, at the end of the
first-beta strand. The dimerization domain formed by the
C-terminal 115 amino acid for prokaryotic proteins. It
is adjacent to teh ATP-binding site of the ATP-PPase
subdomain. The largest difference between the primary
sequence of prokaryotic and eukaryotic GMP synthetase
map to the dimerization domain.Eukaryotic GMP synthetase
has several large insertions relative to prokaryotes.

>gnl|CDD|201527 pfam00958, GMP_synt_C, GMP synthase C terminal domain. GMP
synthetase is a glutamine amidotransferase from the de
novo purine biosynthetic pathway. This family is the
C-terminal domain specific to the GMP synthases
EC:6.3.5.2. In prokaryotes this domain mediates
dimerisation. Eukaryotic GMP synthases are monomers.
This domain in eukaryotes includes several large
insertions that may form globular domains.

>gnl|CDD|203489 pfam06644, ATP11, ATP11 protein. This family consists of several
eukaryotic ATP11 proteins. In Saccharomyces cerevisiae,
expression of functional F1-ATPase requires two proteins
encoded by the ATP11 and ATP12 genes. Atp11p is a
molecular chaperone of the mitochondrial matrix that
participates in the biogenesis pathway to form F1, the
catalytic unit of the ATP synthase.
