           asparaginyl-tRNA synthetases (asnS), archaeal/eukaryotic
           type aspartyl-tRNA synthetases (aspS_arch), and
           bacterial type aspartyl-tRNA synthetases (aspS_bact),
           there is a striking similarity between asnS and
           aspS_arch in gap pattern and in sequence, and a striking
