Each file is a picture of the tree with the partition that minimizes the horizontal
transfer events.  


Under the definition of the COG is the line containing information of the partition 
in the format of

hzt:A  B:C  D:E  btwn:F  ratio:G

A: is the number of horizontal transfer events

B: is the number of sequences in one subtree
C: is the average distance from the leaf nodes to the root of the subtree

D: is the number of sequences in the other subtree
E: is the average distance from the leaf nodes to the root of the subtree

F: is the distance between the subtrees, defined as the distance of the internal
   branch connecting the roots of the two subtrees

G: is the ratio of between-subtree distance to within-subtree distance,
   defined as F/( (C+E)/2 )
