ECOD classification of AFDB 48 proteomes

Browse ECOD AF2 48 proteomes classification as tree or download distributable files. This provisional classification currently includes only proteins of the "48 protomes" predicted by AlphaFold2 and distributed by UniProt. These proteomes include eukaryotes, bacteria, and archaea. They are split between 16 model organisms and 32 global health organisms.
